How is your health today and what are your risk factors?
Meet Dr. Gibson for a comprehensive health evaluation to look in-depth at your chronic medical problems, risk factors, medications, supplements, eating and activity habits, environment, sleep, stress level and discuss your longevity and wellness goals. We use measurable key metrics to determine your overall health, physical strength, emotional status, sleep , and biomarkers .
Comprehensive Health Assessments:
In-depth your family, social, medical history, and wellness evaluation
Comprehensive physical exam with body composition analysis, including weight, body fat%, visceral fat, body water %, muscle mass, bone mass, BMR, metabolic age
Assessment of your current medications and supplements for interactions and safety
Review your risk for cardiovascular disease, cancer, and metabolic diseases and their impact on your longevity
Dr. Gibson will order additional assessments, tests, and biomarkers necessary to evaluate in depth your current levels of inflammation, hormone levels, organ function and certain deficiencies in nutrients, cognitive functions, sleep, stress to mitigate your risks.
Step 2
What do you need to do today to be healthier and live longer?
Based on your individual goals and challenges, predispositions, risks, exam and tests findings Dr. Gibson will provide you with a personalized road map and detailed action plan on how to optimize your health to achieve your longevity goals.
The roadmap will address:
Holistic approach and integration of traditional and science based alternative and complementary therapies
Review your current medical problems and actions necessary to bring them under control
Referrals to experts when necessary and recommendations on follow up
Hormone balancing and optimization for men and women
Detailed program on lifestyle changes and wellness, including nutrition, exercise guidance, stress management, supplements and nutraceuticals review focused on interactions with medications, brands safety
Weight loss strategies customized on your chronic medical problems and personal challenges
The need for advanced cognitive assessments, and genetic testing with resources and opportunities if necessary
Collaborative and multidisciplinary approach with experts in various fields
Step 3
How to monitor your progress?
Meet with Dr. Gibson on the phone or video visit to discuss the road map, daily instructions, potential roadblocks, and monitoring options. Longevity+MD™ will communicate the assessments and the recommendations with your PCP and multidisciplinary care team.
Monitoring Option 1
Follow the roadmap and personalized plan on your own and meet with Dr. Gibson every 3-6 months.
Monitoring Option 2
Meet with Dr. Gibson for the phone or video regularly to evaluate the progress, review the roadblocks, tests and get 1:1 personal advice.
Connect with Longevity+MD™ team via messaging and ongoing advice
Get a free body composition scale and sync your results through an easy-to-use app with Dr. Gibson for regular monitoring of eating and fitness and guidance.
Progress reports with evaluation of measurable results every 90 days: body composition, labs to examine your progress, respond to feedback, and re-calibrate or adjust any existing protocols.
